Chicago's bus broke down on the way to Zanesville forcing them to drop out of the regional.
Game 1: Toledo defeated Cleveland 11-1
Game 2: Toledo led Zanesville 3-0 in 8th inning when game was delayed by rain. Winner of this game advances to championship. Loser faces Cleveland, with the winner of that game also advancing to championship.

Toledo defeats Zanesville 7-4 in the regional championship game. Both teams advance to Johnstown. Will be nice to see a new team (Toledo) come to town. Would be nice to see them win a couple of games as well.

Was the Cleveland rep in this regional a Pittsburgh-area team like in the past (Allegheny A's) or was it really from Cleveland.
Also, any word on whether or not a AAABA league plays in Pittsburgh now?

No idea on the team. Last year it was JL Thomas, which got me thinking that the team came from the Tri-State League: http://www.leaguelineup.com/welcome.asp?url=tscl but I'm don't know.
That league also gets into the whole 20/22 year old problem, since some of those teams (Ohio Monarchs and Pittsburgh Pandas, I think, at least) are 22U teams or choose to go to the NABF instead. (I think the Pandas were national champions there one year)
I'm going to try and ask the Toledo or Zanesville teams who they played at registration.
